Great Moments In Twenty-First Century Ethics And Epistemology
"Here's the Boston Globe-Democrat's model for journalistic success:(Michael Graham)
1. Ignore a national story inspired by local Boston history for as long as possible;
2. Refuse to cover the story when it becomes local;
3. Misreport the story with a wire report from Kentucky;
4. Then wonder why you're losing $1 million a week."
If you haven't yet seen the viddie of CNN's Susan Roesgen's bipedal ungulate routine in Chicago yesterday, then you might want to go get a bellyful. Here is an expositive highlight:
Protester: "Lincoln's primary thing was, he believed that people had the right to liberty."Got that?
Roesgen, interrupting: "Sir, what does that have to do with taxes?"
The thing that I wonder: how much longer before a scene like that ends in blood?
