The Daily Disasters
Well, we were on the bus ready to roll over to the Tokyo Blue Note when we got a call letting us know that there is no power in the room. We don't know what it's all about, but it put the kibosh on the whole plan. Back to our rooms to wait.
I hadn't turned on the TV in my room since I'd been here, until about the past two hours. The only thing worth watching on the available channels is BBC, and their reporting on the Australian wildfire disaster is just tearing my heart out. Those poor people.
It's said now that there is arson involved in this: a mind-bending report. Of course, we've seen this sort of thing before in California. Nonetheless, the outrage is monumental, and it would do my soul a world of good to get my hands on that kind of an animal.
What next?
