(What you do with Google Earth: Go here. Click where it says "Open this Placemark". That should launch Google Earth, and begin loading image overlays and storm tracks with datapoints. It's all updated every ten minutes with such data as available. In the "Places" menu in GE, expand the "Hurricanes lives positions" tree and you can toggle off/on spectral and infra-red satellite imagery for each storm worldwide. Note that you can fade the transparency of each image overlay: click on the overlay name in the menu, and you get a fader at the bottom of the menu.)
